Mô tả Công việc

Purpose:

Responsible for selling/trading ground/finished pepper to existing and new customers and achieving optimum financial results.

Desription:

Sell/trade ground/ finished pepper.
Implement trading strategies to maximize profitability while effectively managing risk.
Work with factory about quality specifications to meet demand of customer.
Collaborate with factory and supply chain teams to coordinate the shipments.
Visit factory and manage quality of shipments.
Evaluate market to expand production & diversify products.
Participate in international food ingredient fair.
Develop and maintain relationship with existing customers.
Find new customers, expand new market and complete sales targets while effectively managing risk.

In-depth knowledge of global pepper market.
Ability to work under pressure and work independently.
Flexible and able to multi-task.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.
