Mô tả Công việc

Job summary: This title holder is responsible for the research and develop product aimed at accomplishing the goals of the department and coordinating with other departments to accomplish the overall objectives of the Company.

Main tasks:

Understand about Flow chart of R&D Dept. Coordinating with related Dept. (Sale, Production, Purchasing/Logistic, QA/QC, …) to follow New Product Development procedure to finish any new development project.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
+ Define the causes of the problem (or defect product) for each of process as: Printing, Blown Film, Dry Laminating, Extrusion Laminating and Bag Making ….
+ Practice on machine (understand about function of main unit on machine).
Controlling the performance objectives of R&D Department.
Environmental, safety and health awareness & fire fighting
Work together with R&D Objective (refer to R&D Quality Objective).
Analyzing samples from Sale Dept. (Method to analysis sample by solvent and thickness gauge, and any factory laboratory equipment)
Make sample for customer. Do any testing for technical information as requirement.
Coordinating with production for solving issued product or customer complaint
Understanding and introducing to customer.
Self-training to improve flexible packing knowledge.
Support other working for Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Graduated from University majoring in Polymer, Inorganic Chemistry, printing technology.
At least 2 years in QA/ R&D of the field of plastic packaging and packaging printing
English communication
